Returning Students Re-Registration

Re-Registration for our returning families opens February 1 for the new school year starting in September.  

Forms that need to be completed: 

1)  Re-Registration form which is password protected and the password will be sent to all current CCS families by email.

2) CCS Bus Registration (only if needing the CCS Bus Service).

3) Extra-Curricular Sports Permission form for students in Grade 4 to 12.
