Post Secondary and Career Planning
Transcript Request Process
Please note that this process can take several days to finalize so leave yourself lots of time.
Step 1: DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!!! You must complete the official request form for Official Transcripts through the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education before moving on to MyCreds!!!
- Go to the official Government of Saskatchewan transcript page: Government of Saskatchewan Ministry of Education transcript request site
- Click “Request your High School Transcript” to open the online form
Step 2: Fill out the online request form
You’ll need to enter:
- Legal name (current and any previous names)
- Date of birth
- Last high school attended
- Last year attended
- (Optional) Learning ID (LID)
- Mailing Address: Street, City, Province, Postal Code, Country
- Personal Email- Current students need to ensure that they are using the personal email address that has been entered on MSS. If you are unsure what email is entered, check with Mrs. Behrns behrns.caroline@ccsmj.ca.
Step 3: Verify your identity.
You’ll be asked to:
- Upload a government-issued photo ID
- Driver's License Photo ID,
- Non Drivers Photo ID
- Passport
- Take a selfie (or photo holding your ID)
Step 4: Wait for further instructions from the Ministry of Education.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed in obtaining your official transcripts. PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS CAREFULLY as you will be sent to a different program/platform from this point on.
- If the Ministry of Education is unable to process your request, you will receive an email from student.records@gov.sk.ca.
- Please note that communication from the Ministry can take a few days to receive!!

myBlueprint Career Planning Tool
CCS students have access to something called myBlueprint – a career and post-secondary planning tool. Here are the CCS specific instructions for students who have not previously used myBlueprint:
myBlueprint follows a comprehensive education and career planning process that meets the learning needs, interests, and aspirations of students. The education planner supports student exploration, planning, and decision-making of information is available through this site.
- Go to www.myBlueprint.ca/prairiesouth
- If you’ve logged on before/have an account (many of you do!!)—you need to use your ccsmj email (lastname.firstname@ccsmj.ca)
- If you’ve never logged on before, do the following:
- Click on the “Sign Up” tab
- Select “Cornerstone Christian School” Select “Student”
- Select “Grade ___” (whatever grade you are in)
- Fill in name & birthday; ignore student number
- When asked for email—use your CORNERSTONE ACCOUNT: lastname.firstname@ccsmj.ca
- Activation Key: AKEY2293401 (may or may not need to input this)
- If you’ve done the assessments in the past… go ahead and re-do them! You change as you grow up!
- Click on “Who Am I”—complete learning styles, personality, interest assessments, etc
- add them to your portfolio
- you will need to name your portfolio “Grade ____” (whatever your current grade is) and then add the assessments to this portfolio

CCS Reference Letter Request Form
Students are asked to submit reference requests one month prior to deadlines for submission. It is the students’ responsibility to provide ample time for their references (teachers, administrators, coaches, etc.) to complete the letters and/or other reference forms. |
