The CCS Board is responsible for the operation and maintenance of CCS and accountable to the members of the Corporation.

CCS Board Members are elected by the CCS Corporation.  The board meets a minimum of ten times per year.  Each member is encouraged to become involved in various committees to facilitate the mission of the school. 

The duties of the board are:

1. To promote the cause of Christian Education in the community by means of public meetings, literature, or other lawful means.
2. To appoint from the general membership such committees as are considered necessary for the proper functioning of the Corporation.
3. To devise ways and means for obtaining the funds necessary for the operation of the Corporation and determine how these funds shall be distributed.
4. To appoint Board Standing Committees.
